Alison Tarditi
Chief Investment Officer, Australian Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation
Alison Tarditi is the Chief Investment Officer of the A$60b Australian Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC), which manages the pension assets of Australian Commonwealth Government employees and members of the Defence Forces.
Alison’s previous roles were as Director of Equity Strategy with Citigroup in Australia; Head of Research and Quantitative Asset Allocation Strategies, for Bankers Trust, co-managing a tactical asset allocation overlay product for domestic and international clients; and Head of Financial Conditions within the Economic Research and Analysis Department of the Reserve Bank of Australia, where she worked for a decade.
Alison has been the Chairman of the long-term investing councils for the World Economic Forum (WEF) between 2014 and 2020 and is a member of the CFA Global Advisory Committee on the Future of Finance.
Alison has provided a decade of pro-bono service to a number of charities. These have included as Chairman of the Investment Advisory Board and Director on the Eastern Territorial Advisory Board of the Salvation Army in Australia; a Director on the Foundation Board and Finance committees of the Art Gallery of New South Wales; and a Director on the Board of Australian Corporate Engagement Firm, Regnan.
Alison has a first class Honours degree and University Medal from James Cook University and a Masters of Science from the London School of Economics, both earned under scholarships from the Reserve Bank of Australia.
